NM Series Nylon Mesh Athletic Plastisol Textile Inks

Application:

Direct screen-printing on 100% nylon open mesh or other heat sensitive fabrics

Screen Mesh:

NM series nylon mesh plastisols are recommended to be printed through 40-160 monofilament mesh.

Fusion:

NM series nylon mesh plastisols are to be fused at 325°F. In many cases lower fusion temperatures, as low as 290°F, are possible.

Jackets:

NM series nylon mesh inks will NOT adhere to nylon jackets or other tightly woven and/or water-repellent fabrics without the addition of commonly available catalysts. However, with the addition of 10-15% catalyst, the NM series inks adhere exceptionally well to these types of fabrics.

Clean Up:

Mineral spirits, etc.

  • 1 gallon pails
  • 5 gallon pails
  • 30 gallon drum
  • 50 gallon drums

Orders:

Specify NM nylon mesh ink series letters and colors requested; example: NM series maroon or NM280

Always pretest ink and fabric under normal plant conditions before starting a production run.
